Building your practice

Jools earned E-RYT 500 (requires a minimum 2,000 hours of teaching) from Yoga Alliance in 2014 and certified yoga therapist status with International Association of Yoga Therapists in 2019. She has taught yoga classes since 2010 and workshops, retreats, continuing education courses, and co-lead annual Yoga Alliance-registered 200-hour yoga teacher training programs 2015 - 2020.

You are encouraged to ease into movement as you feel comfortable. By exploring your current concerns we will gradually and safely integrate broader Body-centred Therapy principles.

Not enthusiastic about talk therapy?

Sessions can start with a focus on physical wellness, such as recovering from surgery or injury, general fitness, or muscular tension or chronic pain. Somatic awareness helps bridge the mind-body connection.

A blissful sixty minutes of DEEP mental and physical rest

Safely supported with your blankets and pillows, sessions include somatic meditation, gentle movement and stretching, calming breath techniques, and a full body awareness scan. A portion of each session explores emotions and sensation to build self-compassion through guided visualization.

You will emerge feeling refreshed and deeply nurtured. Each session builds on previous ones to increase acceptance of changing emotions and control of stress responses. A great alternative to massage.

One 60-minute session online (Zoom) + one 60-minute house visit* (2 appointments weekly). Book in 4- or 8-week blocks for 15% or 20% discounted rates. Travel charges applied when merited.
