Jools earned E-RYT 500 (requires a minimum 2,000 hours of teaching) from Yoga Alliance in 2014 and certified yoga therapist status with International Association of Yoga Therapists in 2019. She has taught yoga classes since 2010 and workshops, retreats, continuing education courses, and annual Yoga Alliance-registered 200-hour yoga teacher training programs since 2015.

Just Relax

A blissful Seventy-five minutes of DEEP mental and physical rest

Safely supported with custom yoga props, sessions include somatic meditation, gentle movement and stretching, calming breath techniques, and a full body scan. The majority of the session explores emotions and sensation to build self-compassion through guided visualization.

Live sessions resume when pandemic conditions improve. Online sessions (60 minutes) are available, with conditions. Pre-requisite: free 15-minute consultation by phone.

MS Pilot

Clients with MS are invited to participate in a FREE 6-week online pilot - choose this option to find out more. An individual phone/video call and completed intake form are required prior to attendance.


Initial Intake

A comprehensive interview and assessment to learn about client history, current concerns and therapies, hopes, and goals. Sets stage for therapy; 1.5 - 2 hours. Available online, with conditions.


Private Therapy

Individual one-hour sessions. Note: Ongoing weekly therapy qualifies for specific scaled rates, agreed upon between therapist and client. Available online, with conditions.


Just Relax

Seventy-five minutes, in-person when conditions allow. Note: Ongoing weekly therapy qualifies for specific scaled rates, agreed upon between therapist and client. Live sessions are on hold until further notice.


Just Relax

Sixty minutes, online, with conditions (intake form must be submitted prior to first session). Note: Ongoing weekly sessions qualify for $100 rate. Live sessions are on hold until further notice.
